D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), February 12, 2025 — Attorney General Pam Bondi has launched a landmark lawsuit against New York state, Gov. Kathy Hochul, state AG Letitia James, and DMV chief Mark Schroeder, targeting sanctuary policies that shield illegal immigrants from federal enforcement.
“This is a new DOJ,” Bondi declared at her first press conference in Washington, D.C. “New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today.”
Trump Administration Escalates Legal Fight Against Sanctuary Policies
The lawsuit against New York follows similar legal action against Illinois and Chicago last week, where the DOJ argued that sanctuary policies obstruct federal law enforcement and discriminate against federal immigration officers.
“New York didn’t listen,” Bondi said bluntly. “So now, you’re next.”
On her first day in office, Bondi also froze all DOJ funding for 60 days to sanctuary jurisdictions from New York to California. In 2023 alone, New York City received over $1.56 billion in law enforcement grants. Bondi’s move halts more than $8 billion in expected federal funds for the city in 2025.
Additionally, Bondi barred DOJ contracts or grants from funding NGOs that provide aid to illegal aliens, including those offering legal assistance, housing, and other resources.
Mass Deportations Underway, Criminal Migrants Sent to Gitmo
As Bondi cracks down on sanctuary states, border czar Tom Homan has escalated immigration enforcement, deporting 11,000 migrants with criminal charges or convictions since taking office.
Some of the most dangerous offenders have been flown to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, while others have been deported back to Venezuela and Colombia—the latter facing new U.S. import taxes if deportations are blocked.
Trump’s First Bill Forces Sanctuary Cities to Deport Criminal Migrants
Congressional Republicans in blue states have long fought to abolish sanctuary policies, pointing to violent crimes committed by migrants shielded from deportation.
Upon returning to office, Trump’s first signed bill was the Laken Riley Act, requiring local governments to cooperate with ICE in deporting illegal migrants charged with theft, assault, or other violent crimes.
The law is named after Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student murdered by an illegal migrant with prior theft charges. The suspect, Jose Ibarra, a Tren de Aragua gang member, had been released into the U.S. under the Biden administration after crossing the southern border.
The Fight Against Sanctuary Cities Intensifies
With Trump’s DOJ, DHS, and ICE now aligned, sanctuary policies are under full-scale attack, and Bondi has made it clear:
“The days of cities putting illegal migrants above law-abiding Americans are over.”

AUBURN, Alabama, November 5, 2025 — In an emotional Fox & Friends interview with Lawrence Jones, Eric and Lara Trump reflected on the life and impact of Charlie Kirk, praising his vision for empowering young conservatives and building a movement that reshaped college campuses across America.
Eric Trump recalled when a 21-year-old Kirk first came to him with a bold idea: “He said, ‘I’m going to mobilize students on every campus and create conservatives in every college.’” A decade later, Trump noted, “He built all of it. To see what he created — it’s incredible. We all loved Charlie. He had a profound impact on this country.”
The couple will appear tonight at Auburn University alongside Senator Tommy Tuberville and commentator Benny Johnson, celebrating Turning Point’s continued rise and Kirk’s enduring influence. Eric called it “amazing to witness everything that man built from a dream.”
Lara Trump emphasized the next chapter of the organization, with Erica Kirk, ...
D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), November 4, 2025 — In a preview clip aired tonight, Jesse Watters Primetime revealed part of his upcoming exclusive interview with Erika Kirk, widow of the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated in September. The emotional exchange centers on Jimmy Kimmel’s false statements and subsequent half-hearted outreach following the comedian’s repeated on-air attacks after Charlie’s death.
Watters opened with Kimmel’s refusal to correct his false narrative that the shooter was part of the “MAGA gang,” despite federal evidence proving otherwise.
“Jimmy Kimmel lied about your husband’s murder and didn’t really apologize,” Watters began. “What would you say to Jimmy Kimmel?”
Erika’s response was calm, but cutting:
“Same thing I told Sinclair,” she said. “They asked if I wanted Jimmy to apologize, to be on his show, or make it right. Through our team, I said — tell them, thank you, we received their note. This is not our issue, not our...
D.C. (Dist. of Criminals), November 3, 2025 — Former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin dropped a political bombshell today, claiming that Director of National Intelligence Kash Patel secretly accepted a $5 million payment tied to a Chinese-owned shell company in the Cayman Islands — the same company that manages the fast-fashion giant Shein, long accused of intellectual property theft and Chinese government ties.
Speaking in a whistleblower broadcast, Seraphin alleged Patel “changed his tune overnight” after the payout, abandoning his promises to “gut the Deep State” and “restore transparency” in favor of protecting entrenched FBI bureaucrats.
“For reasons completely unbeknownst to the American people, Kash Patel got $5 million,” Seraphin said. “That’s the report from Wired. He got a $5 million stockholding from the Shell Corporation in the Cayman Islands that owns and manages Shein. He didn’t get it directly from the Chinese — but it’s still Chinese money.”

NYC, November 5, 2025 — In a powerful and emotional preview aired this morning on Fox & Friends, Erika Kirk, widow of the late Charlie Kirk and newly appointed CEO of Turning Point USA, shared her first sit-down interview since her husband’s assassination. The full conversation will air tonight on Jesse Watters Primetime on Fox News.
“I’m not afraid. Charlie wasn’t afraid either. We never lived in fear. If we did, we wouldn’t get anything done,” Erika said, her voice steady but resolute. The words set the tone for a deeply personal interview that touches on faith, grief, family, and purpose after tragedy.
Watters guided her through the harrowing moments of September 10, when she received the call that Charlie had been shot. “When we walked into that room, he had this smirk on his face,” she recalled. “That smirk said, ‘You thought you could stop what I’ve built? You got my body—you didn’t get my soul.’”
The interview also revealed the ...
ALAMEDA, October 23, 2025 — Federal guards opened fire late Wednesday night after a U-Haul truck driver ignored repeated commands to stop and accelerated toward the main gate of Coast Guard Base Alameda near Oakland. The driver fled the scene, and authorities have not identified any motive or link to earlier demonstrations in the area.
The incident came hours after mass immigration protests across the Bay Area, where activists attempted to block federal agents from entering the same Coast Guard base. Officers deployed flashbangs and pepper spray to disperse crowds as tensions rose over President Trump’s planned ICE enforcement surge.
Attorney General Pam Bondi condemned the late-night breach, vowing that federal operations will continue undeterred. “Law enforcement will not be intimidated or obstructed,” Bondi said. “The safety of our agents and citizens remains our top priority.”

New York, October 23, 2025 — In a dramatic news conference held in Manhattan, Special Counsel Kash Patel announced what he called “a historic arrest across a wide-sweeping criminal enterprise that envelops both the NBA and La Cosa Nostra.”
Standing alongside FBI, NYPD, and Homeland Security officials, Patel revealed that former and current NBA players and coaches — including Chauncey Billups, Damon Jones, and Terry Rozier — were arrested in connection to a sprawling sports-rigging and illegal gambling operation that has allegedly run for years.
“The FBI led a coordinated takedown across 11 states to arrest over 30 individuals today responsible for this case, which is very much ongoing,” Patel said. “Not only did we crack into the fraud these perpetrators committed on the grand stage of the NBA, but we also executed justice against La Cosa Nostra — including members of the Bonanno, Gambino, Genovese, and Luchese crime families.”...
