NEW YORK, September 12, 2025 — President Donald Trump spoke forcefully on Fox & Friends this morning, confirming that the suspect believed to be responsible for Charlie Kirk’s murder is now in custody — and declaring that the death penalty is the only just outcome.

CANTON, Ohio — December 20, 2025 — Body-camera footage has revealed a chilling near-execution attempt inside a Walmart loss-prevention room, where a convicted felon pulled a gun on a police officer’s head and pulled the trigger — only for the weapon to fail.
The incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. Thursday at a Walmart on Atlantic Boulevard NE. A Canton Police Department officer had responded to a shoplifting call involving 21-year-old Shane Newman and 23-year-old Katerina Jeffrey and escorted the suspects to the store’s loss-prevention office.
